Do you offer professional assembly for shipped bikes?
Yes, every bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. We provide detailed video guides and all necessary tools, or you can opt for our 'Pro-Build' service at checkout for local shop assembly.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you aren't satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike has been ridden over 10 miles.
Is the electrical system waterproof?
All Cloud eBikes are rated IP65 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend pressure washing or submerging the bike in deep water.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
We provide a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
Do I need a special license to ride a Cloud eBike?
No, our bikes are classified as Class 2 and Class 3 eBikes, which do not require a driver's license, registration, or insurance in most regions, though we always recommend checking local regulations.
