At Cloud eBikes, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes in original condition. If your new ride isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, we are here to help you find the right model or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your eBike

  Securely pack the bicycle in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of the box, then schedule a pickup with our specialized freight partner.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
